DEKK Coaching is a personal coaching and training service dedicated to helping you achieve your goals in triathlons and other endurance sport events.  Based in Ottawa, Canada, DEKK Coaching is operated by David Harding, a Certified Personal Trainer and successful age-group triathlete, distance runner and coach.  Through DEKK, David brings his passion and lifelong commitment to personal fitness and competition to help guide you to a higher level of performance and personal achievement.


DEKK's approach is to develop a training program that is appropriate for you - by taking full advantage of your strengths while working to improve limiters.  We closely monitor your progress so that you arrive at the start line healthy and prepared for your race, and ready to perform at your best!

  • ​Certified Personal Trainer (YMCA-YWCA National Capital Region)
  • NCCP Certified Community Triathlon Coach
  • Fitness & Lifestyle Management Certificate (Algonquin College, Ottawa) 
  • Marathon Coach, Ottawa Running Club
  • 10 years coaching experience with the Ottawa Triathlon Club and Ottawa Running Club
  • Over 25 years experience as a competitive triathlete and runner
  • CSIA Level 3 alpine ski instructor
  • ​Certified in Emergency First Aid and CPR-C/AED
