Group Workouts (beginning Spring 2017):

Working out with a group is fun and can help motivate you to achieve a new level of performance. The camaraderie of a team environment allows you to push harder, knowing you are being supported by friends every step of the way.


Beginning in May 2017, DEKK Coaching will be offering weekly group run workouts designed to help you get the most from your training. These fun and welcoming workouts will also allow you the chance to ask questions of the coach, and to learn new techniques and training tips.


Charges for the weekly group workouts will be $30/month (plus HST) or a $10 drop-in fee per session. The weekly group workouts will be free of charge for

1-on-1 personal coaching athletes.
